Garnier has a great product that Ive been using for about a year now, its a cold Eye roll-on that is easy to apply and in a well structured packaging too. it claims to reduce dark skin under the eyes, its also enriched with caffeine which has been proven to reduce puffiness and reduce dark eye circles.
